  • All retail orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Wholesale orders may require additional processing time depending on order size and inventory availability.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when your order ships.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited U.S. Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout).

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Customs delays may apply.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and cannot be guaranteed.

 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and shipping method.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply to select orders (as advertised).

  • Wholesale orders may include customized shipping rates based on volume and location.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • My Luxe Concepts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

  • If your order is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • We are happy to assist with filing a claim, but replacement of lost/stolen packages is not guaranteed.

 

6. International Shipping & Customs

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

  • My Luxe Concepts is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections or international carriers.

 

7. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refund.

 

8. Wholesale Orders

  • Wholesale shipping times vary by order size and destination.

  • Large orders may ship in multiple packages.

  • Expedited or freight shipping options are available upon request.
