2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard U.S. Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing.

Expedited U.S. Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout).

International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Customs delays may apply.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and shipping method.

4. Tracking Your Order

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

My Luxe Concepts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.

If your order is marked “delivered” but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We are happy to assist with filing a claim, but replacement of lost/stolen packages is not guaranteed.
6. International Shipping & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
