Return & Exchange Policy – My Luxe Concepts

At My Luxe Concepts, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our updated return and exchange guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed

In original packaging with tags attached

Free of stains, odors, or damage

Non-Returnable Items:

Final sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Intimates or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

Wholesale orders (all wholesale sales are final)
2. Store Credit & Exchanges Only

All approved returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

Cash refunds are not issued unless the product is defective or incorrect.

For size or color exchanges, replacements are subject to availability.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Submit a claim with photos and order details within 3 days of delivery by emailing hello@myluxeconcepts.com

Claims will be reviewed by our team for approval.

If approved, we will provide either a replacement, store credit, or refund (to the original payment method).
4. Return Process

Contact us at hello@myluxeconcepts.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending items back.

Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

All wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
